Our Programs
Our Daily Bread relies on on the assistance of over 25 faith-based congregations as well as corporations, community organizations and individuals in Fairfax County to implement the following programs:
Program Information

Food Outreach – weekly delivery of food and household supplies to 30 families in need each week.

Food Pantry – food for emergency deliveries and to supplement the food outreach program.

Financial Literacy – provides a continuum of life skills services with special focus on budgeting skills.

Financial Assistance – monetary assistance provided for an unusual, one time expense such as rent payments, utility bills, automotive repairs, prescriptions drugs or other medical needs.

Back-to-School Program provides gift cards for disadvantaged children to purchase backpacks and school supplies.

Holiday Program (Adopt a Family) matches volunteers with families in need to supply food baskets and gift cards to ensure that no family goes without a Thanksgiving or holiday meal.
